Reinstatement to the Register

After April 1, 2007, former CDBC registrants may apply to be reinstated to the CDBC register by downloading and completing the form below.  In compliance with bylaw 53(1)(a), continuing competence requirements are now in effect.  They are outlined in the Guide below.

Initial Registration

New registrants to the College must apply for Initial Registration. Application documents are listed below. Please download the applicable package and mail your application, required documentation and fees to the College for processing. Processing time varies but averages three to four weeks.

You must be registered with the College to use the reserved title "dietitian".
