Former CDBC Registrants Applying for Reinstatement

Former CDBC registrants may apply to be reinstated to the CDBC register by completing the Reinstatement Application Form.  In compliance with bylaw 53(1)(a), Continuing Competence Program (CCP) requirements must be met. CCP requirements and guidelines are outlined in the documents below. 

Former CDBC registrants who are registered in good standing in another Canadian jurisdiction may apply for reinstatement by completing the Reinstatement Application Form (Labour Mobility) Form below. The CCP requirement does not apply to these applicants under the provisions of Canadian Labour Mobility agreements.

All reinstatement applicants must complete the Criminal Records Search Authorization.
